Andrew Whitley

Passionate baker, teacher and writer Andrew Whitley welcomes Edi Stark to his smallholding in Lamancha in the Borders. In the seventies, he opened one of the Uk's first organic bakeries in Cumbria after leaving the BBC's Russian service. He explains to Edi how his life changed when a book arrived on his desk at the BBC and how his experience of Russia is related to his current passion for bread.
