National Adoption Service
This week sees the launch of the first ever National Adoption Service for Wales.
It aims to dramatically increase the number of people coming forward to adopt.
It will also support prospective adopters in their search for a child.
But with no extra funding for the service beyond the first year, there's concern that potential parents could be drawn to look outside Wales to adopt.
