Alex and Eddie are joined by two guests, comedian turned adventurer Griff Rhys Jones and model turned TV chef Lorraine Pascale. Science man Michael Mosley has got his hands on the latest medical technology that is set to transform the operating theatre, there is a celebration of the London to Brighton Rally and we meet the first of the rickshaw riders for this year's Children in Need challenge.
