Drama based on real events. In 1960, having adopted a new identity, Nazi war criminal Joseph Mengele found refuge in Patagonia, where he befriended the family of 12-year-old Lilith. As the family struggle to reopen an inherited hotel in a community of expatriate and ethnic Germans, he offers his expertise in helping with what he considers Lilith's stunted growth. Meanwhile, the Israeli secret service is closing in.
In German and Spanish with English subtitles.
