Frank Renton talks to Alison Balsom about her new CD Paris and about her role as one of the Ambassadors of the BBC's '10 pieces' project which is designed to spark the imagination of the nation's school children. We'll also hear brass band arrangements of some of those pieces including works by Holst, Grieg and Mozart.
