It's the day of the Herzig launch and Elliot, still struggling with his undiagnosed illness, desperately wants to get through the day with as little fuss as possible. Serena is forced to bring her mother, Adrienne, in to work with her when her carer fails to turn up. Desperate to keep Adrienne secret, she hides her on the ward.
