The One Show comes live from Glasgow ahead of the Commonwealth Games. Matt Baker and Alex Jones are joined by Nicola Benedetti, Ade Adepitan and Iwan Thomas.
The One Show comes live from Glasgow for the first of three special programmes in the lead up to the Commonwealth Games. Violinist Nicola Benedetti joins Matt and Alex to talk about her starring role in the opening ceremony, along with Ade Adepitan and Iwan Thomas with their ones to watch at Glasgow 2014. Joe Crowley starts his referendum road trip around Scotland, and we meet a future British star of table tennis.
