The Queen's Baton is on a journey around the Commonwealth and this special programme charts its progress after it arrived in Jersey, carried by Commonwealth and Olympic diver Tom Daley, and started its journey through the British Isles.
The Baton's final stages will see it carried throughout Scotland and this programme features some of the highlights of its time in the rest of the British Isles, including visits to the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Wales and England. The programme profiles some of the inspiring individuals that had the chance to carry the baton in their local area.
