The tournament marks the beginning of the grass-court season in tennis and it is the traditional warm-up event for Wimbledon on the men's ATP tour.
There is an illustrious list of former winners at Queen's, which includes 14-time Grand Slam winner Pete Sampras and former Wimbledon champions Rod Laver, John McEnroe, Boris Becker, Rafael Nadal and Andy Murray.
