Scotland Judging

Episode 35 of 40

Top chefs compete to cook at a banquet marking the 70th anniversary of D-Day. The two remaining Scottish chefs cook their dishes again for the panel of judges.

The two remaining Scottish chefs fight it out for just one place in the finals, cooking all four of their dishes again for judges Prue Leith, Oliver Peyton and Matthew Fort.

Also scoring the menus is guest judge and banquet guest of honour Jim Radford, thought to be the youngest serving member of the Merchant Navy on D-Day, who now sings sea shanties about his experiences of war. Which chef will make it through to the finals?
