Top chefs compete to cook at a banquet marking the 70th anniversary of D-Day. The two remaining London and south east chefs cook their dishes again.

It is a tightly fought battle as the two remaining London and south east chefs cook all four of their dishes again for the judges Prue Leith, Oliver Peyton and Matthew Fort. They are joined by special guest judge, Joy Hunter, who worked in Churchill's War Rooms and even typed up battle orders for D-Day. She helps decide who goes through to the finals.
