Brian Cookson promised to restore cycling's integrity, but will the sport's most famous doping offender, Lance Armstrong, appear before the independent commission?

The doping scandals that have tainted professional cycling have seriously dented the credibility of the sport. When Brian Cookson became president of the International Cycling Union in 2013, he promised to restore cycling's integrity. An independent commission has been established to investigate doping scandals which stretch back to the end of last century. But will cycling's most famous doping offender Lance Armstrong appear before the commission and reveal all he knows? Brian Cookson talks to Rob Bonnet in Belek, southern Turkey.
