South West Judging

Top chefs compete to cook at a banquet marking the 70th anniversary of D-Day. The two remaining south-west chefs cook their four courses again for the judges.

The two south-west chefs left standing cook their four courses again for judges Prue Leith, Oliver Peyton and Matthew Fort. They are joined by a special guest judge and hero of the D-Day landings, 93-year-old war veteran Ken Sturdy, a Royal Navy signalman in World War II. The winning chef will represent the south west in the finals, taking them a step closer to cooking at the banquet.
