Benjamin Zephaniah sets out to inspire and galvanise the citizens of Swansea to give a public performance of the works of their native son, Dylan Thomas.

A dead white Welsh poet, a very much alive black poet and the people of Swansea come together to attempt to claim back the work of Dylan Thomas for us all. Benjamin Zephaniah faces a mission improbable as he tries to turn indifference into enthusiasm and inspire a people's performance in the birthplace of Dylan Thomas.
