Northern Ireland Judging

Top chefs compete to cook at a banquet marking the 70th anniversary of D-Day. The two remaining Northern Irish chefs cook their menus again for the judges.

The two remaining Northern Irish chefs cook their entire menus again for judges Prue Leith, Oliver Peyton and Matthew Fort. They are joined by special guest judge Celia Sandys, Winston Churchill's granddaughter, who remembers him fondly as a child and travelled with him as a teenager. Together they will decide which chef will represent Northern Ireland in the finals.
