Olympic swimmer Keri-Anne Payne has a special report on the high number of British school children who are unable to swim, and Lucy Siegle speaks to the 'whistleblower' who brought to light the Met Police's manipulation of crime statistics. There'll be football trickery from freestylers F2 and a look at the confidence boosting quality of working as a life drawing model.
