Matt and Alex are joined by Game of Thrones stars Sophie Turner and Maisie Williams, and Joe Crowley is in Glasgow for a scheme for commuters to donate food on their way to work.
Game of Thrones stars Sophie Turner and Maisie Williams join Matt and Alex to talk about the fourth series of the global phenomenon (they play Sansa Stark and Arya Stark). Cerys Matthews heads to Northern Ireland where the series is shot to meet some people who work on the show that brings in millions to the local economy. Joe Crowley is in Glasgow Central Station at a scheme for commuters to donate to food banks on their way to work, and Mike Dilger witnesses a starling murmuration happening indoors.
