In the final episode we discover the diverse challenges facing the Carmarthenshire community team. Midwife Anwen is trying to do a consultation - in Polish. Lyn plans for a hypnobirthing home delivery looking out on the Tywi Estuary. Nan has a 48-year-old first time mum on her books and is also off-roading, visiting mums in the remote Tipi Valley near Llandeilo. And Caren is hoping to deliver her first home birth since becoming a community midwife.
