Vestigial Peter

Peter goes to Dr Hartman because of a growth on his neck, and it turns out to be a happy little vestigial twin, whom Peter names Chip. At first Peter is thrilled to have a companion, but soon Chip's zest for life is showing Peter in a bad light, and he can't take it any more.
