This week X-Ray talks to Anne Mitchell from Cwmbran, whose teenage daughter Alex died from carbon monoxide poisoning last year. The gas fitter she employed was found guilty of manslaughter - now Anne's starting a campaign calling for a better registration system for gas fitters. And Rhodri's in Llandysul, sorting out a kitchen delivery problem for Claire Reeves and her family.
