This week presenters Joe Lindsay and Aoibhinn Ní Shúilleabháin report from the increasingly popular tourist destination of Montenegro. They explore the Adriatic beaches and medieval towns along the Budva Riviera, before heading inland to the mountains and canyons in one of Montenegro's stunning national parks. Aoibhinn also takes a short getaway around Strangford Lough where she visits Castle Espie Wetland Centre, the gardens at Mount Stewart and takes a trip back into the past on the Downpatrick & County Down Railway.

Gospa of Skrpjela
Translated as Our Lady of the Rocks, Gospa of Skrpjela is one of two islets that sit in the bay of Kotor. It is an artificial island and is regularly reinforced by locals sinking stones into the water around the island to bolster its stability and help against erosion.
River Rafting
If you fancy an activity with a little more adrenaline involved you could do no better than hitting the waves for a spot of river rafting. While Joe arrived in the calmer part of the season, if you travel shortly after winter you will experience the full rush of the river.
Moraca Monastery
To really soak up the history of Montenegro you would be best served to visit the 13th century Moraca Monastery. This Rascian styled church is an Orthodox church and steeped in centuries of history with a multitude of frescos to while away the hours.
Castle Espie Wildfowl Wetlands Centre
For a great day out around Strangford the Castle Espie Wildfowl Wetlands is a member of the Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust. Combining great walks and the chance to see a lot of wildlife, it really is a must.
