The Fires of Midwinter

Howard and Rob arrest a troublemaker on a local estate who then ends up in hospital when Jimmi fails to notice that he is overdosing on drugs. As rumours of police brutality swirl, a riot is sparked on the estate and Rob recklessly goes after the woman he thinks is the instigator of it all.
