Jack and Sarah have mixed feelings about being in Hebburn for the Christmas holidays. When Ben and Susan end up stranded in Hebburn for Christmas, it looks like Joe's favourite day of the year could be ruined. But they have also brought along Sarah's sour-faced grandmother, Millie, who takes an immediate dislike to everything Hebburn.
