Matt and Alex are joined by Dot Cotton herself, actress June Brown, who talks about her life and career as a Shakespearean actress. Phil Tufnell puts on a service wash and meeting some real-life Dots, while Larry Lamb gets his hands - and face - dirty to meet a family of chimney sweeps.
The programme also joins police as they crack down on Christmas crime and the pickpockets and thieves intent on ending festive cheer.
