Keith Floyd visits St Petersburg Beach in Florida. He arrives at Tampa airport, drives and cooks chicken with limes in a camper. He goes fishing in the Gulf of Mexico with Captain Jack Powell, visits the Don Cezar Hotel and cooks fish with caviar with chef Jean Louise Chaley. He also meets Evander Preston - a jeweller and chef, who cooks an array of local dishes.
