Stan gets fed up with sharing the house with Hayley and Jeff and tells them to move out, even though they are on the minimum wage. To prove that it is possible to live on the minimum wage, Stan and Francine agree to try it for a month.
Meanwhile, Roger and Steve, who dream of driving a Ferrari, bluff their way into a test-drive and take it to Vegas.
