Croydon fraud investigators have invited Matt down to their headquarters to hear about a staggering case of benefit fraud. A lady in their borough who claimed to be unemployed and in desperate need of help turns out to own property and be running a charity. Unfortunately she expected the council to donate!

And we meet Dawn and her daughter Lucy; Lucy was born with Down's syndrome and the family were determined that they could cope by themselves. But as Lucy grew older and her specific needs grew, the family realised they did need help both financially and emotionally.
