Following Michelle McManus' comments on the Miss Plus Size International beauty pageant, Kaye asks whether it is possible to be both fat and happy.
Michelle McManus has spoken out against Miss Plus Size International - a beauty pageant for women size 18 and over - which is holding its Grande Finale in London this weekend saying being seriously overweight is nothing to be celebrated. Also this week Rebecca Adlington has hit out at the pressure on women to be 'stick thin' and broken down in tears on I'm A Celebrity... saying she's 'very, very insecure' about her appearance.
