Falko shows Paul how to make the original exacting version of the classic apple strudel and Paul convinces Falko that his own school dinner staples of gypsy tart and corned beef hash are pretty good pies and puds too.

About Falko Burkert

Falko is from Heilbronn, near Stuttgart in Germany. He is a Konditormeister, a state qualified Master Pastry Chef, who moved to Edinburgh in 1998 because he loved the city but found that the types of cakes in most places were somewhat different to his German and Austrian baking style.
