With the help of South Wales Police, Lucy sets about shocking phone owners into taking better care of one of their most expensive possessions. Meanwhile, Rhodri hears from one disgruntled phone owner who discovered that his insurance policy did not deliver when he needed it most. Rachel meets a mother from Blackwood and her teenage son - she bought him a mobile phone only to discover they had been signed up to an expensive business contract.
