Joe meets Rebecca Rowland and Anthony Smith, who have bought an empty one bedroom flat in Hove. They are keen to share their plans to turn the property into their first home together - and to get as much guidance as they can. To give Rebecca and Anthony tips and inspiration, Joe introduces them to an interior designer who has successfully converted her one bedroom flat into a bijou-style home.
