Roger becomes Steve's legal guardian and does so well at it that Stan and Francine go on holiday without him. Roger finds out Steve is slacking on his homework and doing Principal Lewis's accounts for him, so gets Lewis the sack. But with Lewis no longer at the school, Steve doesn't have protection.
