Keith explores the culinary delights of Ulster. In Belfast, he samples an Ulster fry and cooks beef in Guinness stout with oysters. He also pays a visit to the Bushmills distillery and enters the 'taste of Ulster' competition, where he faces some of Northern Ireland's finest chefs. Finally, he is taught the gentle art of making potato bread at the Ulster Folk Museum.
