Polica in session for Lauren Laverne

Lauren welcomes Polica to Maida Vale, kicking off a week of 6 Music Live sessions.

6Music Live from Maida Vale - Minnesota's Polica, who first came to 6 Music's attention in early 2012 after Justin Vernon of Bon Iver pronounced them "the best band I've ever heard", launches the week of sessions with two albums worth of brilliant songs to pick from.

Watch Lauren's show live at bbc.co.uk/6music from 10am-1pm each day. And the performance will be broadcast live on the Red Button from 12-1pm, with highlights from 7pm.
