Documentary following the late Welsh rugby player Ray Gravell's daily life after he was disgnosed with diabetes and lost a leg to the disease six years ago.

Ray Gravell, a hero of Welsh rugby, was struck down in his prime by diabetes. Six years ago, BBC cameras followed him after he lost a leg due to the disease. He died suddenly in the autumn of 2007. As Wales faces a diabetes timebomb, it is Ray's family's wish that this programme be shown to highlight the dangers of a hidden killer.
