Touching Disney fantasy drama. A couple bury their dreams of a perfect child at the bottom of the garden, but the next morning they receive a magical visitor.
When Cindy and Jim make a wishlist of the attributes of the child they cannot have, little do they suspect that it will be a wish come true.
Appearing during a thunderstorm, young Timothy embodies all the virtues - true heart, kind nature and winning goalscorer - that they dreamed of. His basic goodness is soon having a positive effect among family and friends in the depressed small town where they live.
