Sparkling comedy about a man who lives only through his daydreams until an encounter with jewel thieves plunges him into a web of danger and deceit.
Walter Mitty, an editor in a company publishing trashy novels, has an overprotective mother and an overbearing boss. He finds comfort in daydreams, from captaining a storm-tossed ship to masterminding surgical operations, but his life is suddenly turned upside down when a beautiful blonde seats herself next to him on his daily commute and tells him she is being followed. He is soon on the trail of a little black book.
