The Rural Butcher
One of the most prestigious prizes offered by the Royal Welsh Agricultural Society is the Sir Bryner Jones Memorial Trophy - awarded to those who've achieved the highest level in their rural profession. This year's winner was chosen from among Wales' most successful butchers - one who has established a successful business through the sale and promotion of locally-produced livestock products. First prize went to Ieuan Edwards of Conwy so Rachael Garside visits the butcher's shop, the factory and helps out with a little taste testing of some award-winning sausages.
