Bianca’s bustling about Liam as they get ready to meet his Head of Year. Screams come from the kitchen as a brick flies through the window, narrowly missing Carol, Morgan and Tiffany. Liam grabs the brick, screaming into the street – he’s had enough. Carol thinks Liam should go to Ricky. Bianca’s furious. She’s nearly lost Liam once … Seeing she’s desperate, Carol reassures Bianca of her support.

Having eavesdropped, Liam sends Bianca and Carol off to work while he house-sits. Liam bolts all doors and grabs a baseball bat. Bianca and Kat reassure Carol. Phones ringing, Liam unplugs the landline, throws away his mobile. There’s banging on the door. Liam’s police phone’s dead. Liam picks up the homework Masood’s posted and rushes out. Relaxed by Masood’s banter, Masood prepares for a lesson with Liam. Bianca phones the window repair company. In the house, Liam puts away the baseball bat but finds the kitchen door shut. Outside, the side gate swings, graffitied ‘GRASS’. Kane sits at the kitchen table, playing with one of Morgan’s toy cars. Liam asks what he wants. Kane replies, ‘You’.

Kirsty’s suspicious of Max, who’s cancelling calls. Max denies it’s Tanya but he’s not at his office when Kirsty knocks. Seeing him go into Booty, she’s there to confront him when he comes down the stairs…

Ian attempts to flatter Jean into becoming his events manager and financial backer, to meet a deposit by 6pm. When she sees through the flattery, she’s hurt. Shirley skives off serving in the Minute Mart to comfort Jean.

Janine’s frustrated with Billy using work time to help move Sharon’s things. At Phil’s, Sharon’s struggling with Dennis.
