Caroline Barker and Phil Williams speak to some of the thousands of people arriving to run the London Marathon and have the latest developments from Boston.

* The FBI waits to question the surviving Boston marathon bombing suspect, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev as it emerges Tamerlan Tsarnaev was killed when he was dragged under a car driven by his younger brother.

* Nurses are being prevented from caring for their patients because they're "drowning in a sea of paperwork" according to the UK's main nursing union. The Royal College of Nursing says 2.5m hours a week are taken away from patient care, a figure that has doubled in the last 5 years.

* Caroline is in London speaking to some of the thousands of people arriving to run the Marathon.
