Our top chefs Ed Baines and Valentine Warner continue their culinary road trip, leaving Brighton behind and heading north back to Yorkshire. Here they're entering the 'Packed Lunch for Two' category in the Stokesley show.
Along the way, they drop in on local food heroes Barry and Derek, who run Fortune's Smokehouse, a fifth generation family-run fish smokers. Fired up by their visit, it's back to the main task...
And with no less than four items each to prepare, let's hope our lads haven't bitten off more than they can chew. They're not only going head to head with each other, but must compete with the best local cooks. And those packed lunches better pack a punch if they're to impress show judge Christine Tenant... let the competition commence, it's Country Show Cook Off!
