Plus former Coronation Street actor Sean Wilson joins us to talk about his love of music and his new cheese making company, we'll be having a look at the secret side of Salford, hear about the upcoming Salford Music Festival and have live music from Salford based band - We The Dead and Manchester's very own Badly Drawn Boy will be talking to us about how he writes music.
