Kaye asks whether Scotland is failing its Gypsy and Traveller communities.
Holyrood's equal opportunities committee have said that many Gypsy-Travellers in Scotland are still living in horrendous conditions and continue to suffer discrimination. MSPs on the cross-party committee called for zero-tolerance government campaign to tackle the problem.
