Jonathan Edwards introduces live coverage from Gothenburg on the opening day of the biennial European Indoor Championships.
The multi-event pentathlon gold medal will be decided with some of the continent's best all round female athletes battling it out for the gold. Also, the speed kings begin their quest for medals as the men's 60 metres gets under way. Other major events on day one in the evening session are the men and women's 60m hurdle finals.
Commentary is led by Steve Cram, with Paula Radcliffe, Denise Lewis and Colin Jackson providing the expert analysis.
