Oscars Special

Just before the 85th Academy Awards - better known as the Oscars - Kirsty Wark and guests Hannah McGill, Leslie Felperin and Sarfraz Manzoor give their verdict on the films, actors and actresses, directors and documentaries nominated as the best of the last 12 months. The front-runners include Steven Spielberg's Lincoln and its star Daniel Day-Lewis, Ang Lee's Life of Pi and the epic Les Miserables.
