After 3 consecutive nights of freezing temperatures, the Severe Weather Emergency Protocol has come in to force with charities and local authorities attempting to move all rough sleepers off the streets and into shelters. 5 live meets the homeless people in these shelters and those still on the streets to hear how they survive.
