Kat thinks Alfie’s downcast because of the seven year anniversary of Nana Moon’s death. Alfie shelves his doubts, promises the best Christmas ever and organises a German Christmas party. Roxy finds a key on the bar. Jean, Mo and Kat dress in Bavarian costume for the party. Alfie wants to give Kat a present every day until Christmas. Later, he notices the key is missing from the glass Roxy left it in. While hiding a present in Kat’s jewellery box, Alfie’s stunned to find the key now hidden with the engagement ring.

Derek tells Max he’s managed to stall their “friends” and borrows a car. Later, a car pulls alongside Derek; to his horror, the driver recognises him and a chase ensues. Derek ditches the car and runs; the men catch him in an underpass and demand Max’s whereabouts. Later, Derek returns, beaten and bloodied - Max has 24 hours to pay up.

Bianca can’t afford shoes for Tiffany and snaps at Lola she needs the salon tips more - she has children to look after. Later, Bianca guiltily donates her tips to Lola. Bianca’s relieved Whitney and Morgan have had a profitable day carol singing with Kim.

Tanya ropes Lauren and Lucy into helping with wedding favours. Tanya thinks you can tell a man is ‘the one’ by the signs. Joey makes a champagne delivery. Lauren cuts herself cleaning up a smashed glass. Joey tends to her, tucking her hair behind her ear. Later, Lucy reveals Alice told her Joey’s ‘sign’ when he’s in love – he tucks the girl’s hair behind her ear.

Ayesha, the young woman Zainab agreed to chaperone, arrives at the Masoods’ unexpectedly. Zainab’s mortified she was previously rude to Ayesha in the café but insists Tamwar would make a good match for her.
