Michel Roux Jr and Gregg Wallace crank up the heat. The contestants must make a show-stopping dish for the judges - against the clock, they have to demonstrate skill, flair, flavour and immaculate presentation. The stakes are high for the chefs who are fighting for one of only six places to stay in the competition. At the end of the challenge, Michel and Gregg will decide which two are leaving. Only the six best chefs will go on to battle for the title of Professional MasterChef.
