The editor of BBC Newsnight, Peter Rippon, has 'stepped aside' while an investigation is carried out into his decision not to broadcast a report on Jimmy Savile last year.
Presented by Ritula Shah. The editor of the BBC's Newsnight programme - Peter Rippon - has "stepped aside" while an investigation is carried out into his decision not to broadcast a report on Jimmy Savile last year.
