Taxi for Spence

Michael is at his wits end with the, now permanent, no referrals policy. Ordered by Hanssen to send a guest patient to another hospital rather than transfer them to Keller, he decides to personally ensure they get there. But when there are no ambulances available, Michael decides on drastic action with devastating consequences.

Serena is less than impressed when she discovers that a recovering alcoholic is the primary candidate for a liver transplant. But when it appears that they are no longer suitable to receive the organ, Serena clashes with Ric as she fights for her patient to be given a second chance.

Mo is disappointed when Jonny reveals he can no longer go to her family do because of his auntie's birthday. Feeling bad, Jonny decides to try and set Mo up with Mr Thompson (her obstetrician). Mo is furious when she finds out what he's been up to, especially when she realises he lied about his auntie's birthday too!
